COVID-19 PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS AND MARKET VOLATILITY DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, ALL PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED, REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED

 

RETURN POLICY

  • • Products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price up to 45 days after purchase
  • • Returned products must be in the same condition they were received by the customer
  • • A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns, unless Icon Global Supply is at fault
  • • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees to the originating warehouse, unless Icon Global Supply is at fault
  • • Refunds will not be issued for purchases made through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners
  • • Icon Global Supply reserves the right to limit or deny requests for returns, refunds or exchanges 

Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Products

  • • Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact our Customer Service team as soon as any issues are identified. Please provide photos of issues where possible to expedite processing of your request.
  • • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect orders upon receipt. Reimbursements will not be provided for orders that have been confirmed as received in good order. 
  • • If the return request is approved where Icon Global Supply is at fault, we will waive the 15% restocking fee and arrange for return shipping at our cost

Custom Orders

  • • Custom orders are not eligible for refund unless there is a manufacturer-related defect or the product materially deviates from agreed-upon specifications

How to submit a return request

  • • To submit a return request, please contact customerservice@iconglobalsupply.com or call 604 524 933 ext. 1. To process your request, we will require:
    1. 1. Completed Return Merchandise Authorization form
    2. 2. Copy of the purchase receipt or original invoice
    3. 3. Photographs of the product(s) you are requesting to return
    4. 4. Signed Proof of Delivery (POD) indicating the primary issue with the product (Packing Slip for customer pick-ups)
  • • Products received without the required information and documentation specified above will not be accepted or processed for return
  • • If the return request is approved, Icon Global Supply will provide a full refund for the products specified in the Return Merchandise Agreement
  • • Refunds will be processed once return products are received; Icon Global Supply is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment
